Single Sign-On

ÉTS now uses a single sign-on service that allows you to access multiple applications without having to log in to each of them. Once your access codes is entered in the single sign-on page, you will not have to enter it again as long as you have not logged out, even if you access other applications.

Security

• If you are using a public computer, make sure you log out of the applications you are using and close your browser after use.
• If you are using a private computer, make sure you do not leave a session open without supervision.

Sign Out

If you disconnect from an application :

• To access a new application, you will need to re-enter your authentication code.
• You stay connected to apps that you have already accessed, but have not logged out.

• Username: email address (e.g., jean.tremblay.1@ens.etsmtl.ca).
• Password: as defined in your admission letter or the one you have chosen.

Forgot your password?

• You can reset your password yourself if you have defined a second authentication method.
• Or else, contact the Registrar's Office : room A-1120, accueilbdr@etsmtl.ca, 514-396-8888.

• Regular university staff : email address (for example, jean.tremblay@etsmtl.ca).
• Lecturer for the SEG: email address (for example, jean.tremblay@etsmtl.ca).
• Lecturer for any other department: email address (for example, cc-jean.tremblay@etsmtl.ca).

Password expired?

• You can change your password in Windows with the key combination Alt-Ctrl-Del or on this page.

Forgot your password?

• Access code: your ÉTS email address (e.g.: jean.tremblay.1@ens.etsmtl.ca).
• Password: same as during your studies at ÉTS.

I know my ÉTS Student email but I forgot my password

• You can reset your password yourself if you have defined a second authentication method.

• Contact the Development Funds and Alumni Relations Department at relationsdiplomes@etsmtl.ca.

You will receive a temporary password once your graduation status has been verified.

I do not know my email ÉTS or my password OR I have not defined my secret question.

You must request a reactivation of your ÉTS account.

Once your reactivation request form is received, your graduate status will be verified. You will receive an email containing your ÉTS email as well as the link to reactivate your ÉTS account. Click on the link and follow the instructions to reactivate your account.
